Step 2: If your deposit has not arrived after 60 minutes, please follow the instructions based on the following scenarios:
Scenario 1: No "Resulting messages" in the deposit record (see image below)
- If this occurs, please report it to the project team here.
- After processing by the project team, the on-chain transaction record will update the "Resulting messages", and the tokens will be credited within 80-100 minutes.
Scenario 2: "Resulting messages" status shows "Processing" in the deposit record (see image below)
- If this occurs, please be patient; your deposit will be credited within 80-100 minutes.
Scenario 3: "Resulting messages" exists, and "Arweave Block" has a number, but "Seen at" exceeds 2 hours (see image below)
