What is Lucrar (LCR)

Lucrar (LCR) is the utility token of lucrar.pt, a Portuguese personal finance and investing education platform operated by Cripteracia, Unipessoal, Lda. (Portugal, tax number PT516391283). The company's income comes from rented housing, courses, consulting and a paid members area, and it publishes its results quarterly.

LCR is used inside the platform: members earn it by playing Aldeia Lucrar, the project's financial game, and in monthly challenges, capped at 40 LCR per member per month. Holding 1,000 LCR opens the monthly folder of off-plan real estate projects; holding 10 LCR opens the public register of every company movement with the token. LCR gives no right to income, no dividends or interest, no vote in the company, no share of any asset, and no promise that its value will rise.

The token contract was deployed in February 2022 and is immutable. It is not a proxy and has no upgrade path. There is no mint function, no burn function, no pause, no blacklist or whitelist, no buy or sell fee, and no way to transfer or renounce ownership. The only owner-restricted function releases exactly 1,000,000 LCR per quarter from the contract to a wallet address fixed at deployment, for at most eighty quarters. The contract itself holds 75,000,000 LCR, the supply not yet released. The contract was audited by Fairyproof in February 2022 and the report is linked from the contract page on BscScan.
