As Levy debuts its lineup of new food items across its league-leading 24 arenas, culinary teams in each city focused on unique local flare with creative twists on classics. “We work closely with our chefs and data experts to create menus that are on trend, while looking for ways to bring complex flavors and textures to classic arena fare,” Steve Dolinsky, known as Levy’s “food guy,” tells me.
