Is Digitap ($TAP) the Best Crypto to Buy Over Cardano and Avalanche for the 2026 Bull Run?

2025/11/04 23:15

Despite recent market weakness, the crypto bull run remains strong. With just a few weeks left in 2025, now is the time to evaluate a crypto portfolio and determine which assets should be sold and which are the best cryptos to buy now.

Once high-flying names like Cardano (ADA) and Avalanche (AVAX) are some of the more popular holdings among retail investors. Still, the cold reality is these tokens have shown too much weakness to justify holding them into 2026.

Instead, investors should consider crypto presale projects, such as Digitap ($TAP). Digitap is the world’s first “omni-bank” that blends traditional financial banking services with digital currencies. As a promising crypto startup, Digitap could offer investors the type of exponential return that Cardano and Avalanche once offered.

Digitap Blends Banking And Crypto With Visa Tap To Pay

Digitap is building a crypto-enabled digital bank. It is a powerful banking app where users can deposit, receive, send, save, and invest both fiat and crypto. The platform also offers customizable Visa cards linked to fiat and crypto balances, making it possible to spend crypto on everyday purchases.

Digitap targets a massive market that includes 1.4 billion people globally who are unbanked. These people have been left out of the global financial community, but now have an opportunity to access banking services that many in Western nations take for granted.

Many of these unbanked adults live in countries where access to proper identification is difficult to obtain. Digitap’s optional no-KYC signup process means many of these unbanked adults just need to download the app on iOS or Android devices and benefit from a basic set of features right away.

$TAP Crypto Presale Round Three At $0.0268; Momentum Builds To $1.5M

Digitap’s presale event continues to run strong. Currently in the third round and priced at $0.0268, Digitap’s native $TAP token blew past the $1 million raised milestone just before Halloween. The buying momentum accelerated, with the token on pace to hit $1.5 million in record time.

The investment case for Digitap to be included as one of the best cryptos to buy now is simple. Global digital payments and remittances run in the trillions of dollars annually. Even capturing a tiny fraction of its billion-plus total addressable market will translate to significant revenue generation.

Digitap’s platform is very sticky, meaning a user who registers for one particular service ends up using multiple services. For example, a freelance worker in Africa who registered on Digitap just to get paid in cryptocurrency can use those funds to preload their Visa card, invest for their future, or transfer fiat to help out friends and family.

Half of all of Digitap’s profits are allocated toward buyback-and-burn initiatives, making Digitap one of the more investor-friendly crypto presale projects.. This means that as usage increases, the token supply in circulation decreases from the maximum of 2 billion.

Cardano Slumps 30% As Users Question Adoption Claims

In contrast to Digitap’s excitement and growth potential, Cardano has been struggling to inspire investors lately.

Sentiment has gotten so bad that Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson had to step in. He took to X and refuted recent criticism of the project from X user ‘BobbyJuice’, including the absence of a native stablecoin, poor total value locked metrics, network congestion, lagging on-chain adoption, disappointing marketing campaigns, and the absence of interoperability and bridges.

Hoskinson’s response has failed to inspire investors. Some are skeptical of his claims, including an explanation that a major push into stablecoins wouldn’t guarantee growth.

Cardano’s more than 30% decline in the past month makes it clear investors aren’t buying what Hoskinson is selling. Given a complete absence of any near-term catalysts, Cardano could continue facing heavy selling pressure into 2026 and beyond, essentially removing itself from the list of cryptos to buy now.

Avalanche Drops 40% As Positive Announcements Lose Steam

Avalanche’s (AVAX) glory days peaked in 2021, but recent trading action puts it in a worse position than Cardano. Down more than 40% over the past month alone, Avalanche has actually shown investors some credible catalysts that, on paper, would make it a top crypto to buy now.

This includes:

  • The state of Wyoming is launching a stablecoin on Avalanche’s network.
  • Avalanche Treasury Co. is going public through a $675 million SPAC merger to accumulate hundreds of millions of dollars worth of AVAX.
  • The Avalanche Foundation itself is announcing a $1 billion raise to purchase AVAX tokens at a discounted price.

These developments in theory would confirm Avalanche’s long-term potential and make the case for it to be one of the best cryptos to buy now. However, the reality is that even a series of positive announcements is generating diminishing returns in price.

Investors are united in their thesis that even when factoring in Avalanche’s catalysts, its outlook and promises are already more than “priced in.”

Digitap Offers Early-Stage Upside; ADA And AVAX Lack Spark

Despite recent weakness, Cardano and Avalanche remain established crypto names that still deserve to rank in the top-50 tokens by market cap. But they lack any near-term catalysts for explosive growth.

Digitap, on the other hand, is a hot crypto presale project that offers investors the type of opportunity they crave: a ground-floor entry into a project with a massive market opportunity. Digitap’s banking app is already live, so potential investors can judge for themselves.

The investment proposition is simple: Users download the app, deposit no more than $10 to verify features perform as advertised, and then judge if Digitap is one of the best cryptos to buy now.

Franklin Templeton updates XRP ETF filing for imminent launch

Franklin Templeton, one of the world’s largest asset management firms, has taken a significant step in introducing the Spot XRP Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF). The company submitted an updated S-1 registration statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) last week, removing language that likely stood in the way of approval. The change is indicative of a strong commitment to completing the fund sale in short order — as soon as this month. The amendment is primarily designed to eliminate the “8(a)” delay clause, a technological artifact of ETF filings under which the SEC can prevent the effectiveness of a registration statement from taking effect automatically until it affirmatively approves it. By deleting this provision, Franklin Templeton secures the right to render effective the filing of the Registration Statement automatically upon fulfillment of all other conditions. This development positions Franklin Templeton as one of the most ambitious asset managers to file for a crypto ETF amid the current market flow. It replicates an approach that Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF issuers previously adopted, expediting approvals and listings when the 8(a) clause was removed. The timing of this change is crucial. Analysts say it betrays a confidence that the SEC will not register additional complaints against XRP-related products — especially as the market continues to mature and regulatory infrastructures around crypto ETFs take clearer shape. For Franklin Templeton, which manages assets worth more than $1 trillion globally, an XRP ETF would be a significant addition to its cryptocurrency investment offerings. The firm already offers exposure to Bitcoin and Ethereum through similar products, indicating an increasing confidence in digital assets as an emerging investment asset class. Other asset managers race to launch XRP ETFs Franklin Templeton isn’t the only one seeking to launch an XRP ETF. Other asset managers, such as Canary Funds and Bitwise, have also revised their S-1 filings in recent weeks. Canary Funds has withdrawn its operating company’s delaying amendment and is seeking to go live in mid-November, subject to exchange approval. Bitwise, another major player in digital asset management, announced that it would list an XRP ETF on a prominent U.S. exchange. The company has already made public fees and custodial arrangements — the last steps generally completed when an ETF is on the verge of a launch. The surge in amended filings indicates growing industry optimism that the SEC may approve several XRP ETFs for marketing around the same time. For investors, this would provide new, regulated access to one of the world’s most widely traded cryptocurrencies, without the need to hold a token directly. Investors prepare for ripple effect on markets The competition to offer an XRP ETF demonstrates the next step toward institutional involvement in digital assets. If approved, these funds would provide investors with a straightforward, regulated way to gain token access to XRP price movements through traditional brokerages. An XRP ETF could also onboard new retail investors and boost the liquidity and trust of the asset, similarly to what spot Bitcoin ETFs achieved earlier this year. Those funds attracted billions of dollars in inflows within a matter of weeks, a subtle indication of the pent-up demand among institutional and retail investors. The SEC, which has become more receptive to digital-asset ETFs after approving products including Bitcoin and Ethereum, is still carefully weighing every filing. Final approval will be based on full disclosure, custody, and transparency of how pricing is happening through the base market. Still, market participants view the update in Franklin Templeton’s filing as their strongest sign yet that they are poised. With a swift response from the firm and news of other competing funds, this should mean that we don’t have long to wait for the first XRP ETF — marking another key turning point in crypto’s journey into traditional finance.
