New rental relief from Dubai Land Department aims to cushion tenants, homeowners and businesses from the economic fallout of the Iran-US war.
The scheme will apply to vacant or eligible rental units owned or managed by a range of participating Dubai real estate partners.
For new tenants, the relief could include rental discounts or promotional packages. Existing tenants could benefit from more flexible payment schedules.
