The company is offering 3,571,429 American Depositary Shares (ADSs) at $20.00 to $22.00 per ADS, with each ADS representing five ordinary shares. If the underwriters exercise their over-allotment option in full, the offering size increases to 4,107,143 ADSs. Upon completion of the offering, the company will have 387,220,760 ordinary shares outstanding — or 389,899,330 shares if the over-allotment option is exercised in full — equivalent to 77,444,152 ADSs and 77,979,866 ADSs respectively. Investors hold ADSs rather than ordinary shares, and all quoted prices and market capitalization are denominated per ADS.
